HOW DO I BOOK A RETREAT AT BETHEL?

Step 2
DOWNLOAD AND FILL OUT A CONTRACT
Download and fill out a contract. Make sure you download, read, initial, and sign the "Policies and Info" included with your contract as well. A complete CONTRACT with SIGNED POLICIES and CREDIT CARD INFORMATION are required to hold retreat dates.

PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL
All participants must have a signed Hold Harmless Waiver which will be provided by the camp.
Your group/retreat schedule is due two (2) weeks in advance of arrival.
Certificate of Insurance and Final Group Numbers are required one (1) week prior to arrival.
Full payment of contract is required at arrival time.
Check-in – 3pm. Check-out – 10am (cabins cleared and cleaned).
Bethel does not provide bed linens & pillows. All guests should bring sleeping bags for linens for their bed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
20% of total estimated cost will be due if event is cancelled after submission of a contract
50% of total estimated cost will be charged if event is cancelled within 2 weeks of scheduled date
100% of final total cost will be charged if event is cancelled within 1 week of scheduled date

Not all unmarked dates on our calendar are available, there are times we have groups unlisted for privacy. Please inquire below regarding the availability of dates.
